Pricacy policy of Sail Center 107
This privacy policy applies to all personal data that Sail Center 107 (“Sail Center”) processes of its members, friends, participants, sponsors, and passers-by.
If you become a member of Sail Center, make a donation or for any other reason provide personal information to Sail Center, you expressly consent to the processing of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We advise you to read the Privacy Policy and keep it for your own records.
1. Responsible

2. What data is processed by Sail Center and for what purpose?
2.1 In the context of your membership, the following personal data will be processed:
a. name and surname, date of birth, place of birth, gender
b. address details, if applicable, postal address
c. telephone number(s), e-mail address(es), bank account number(s)
d. name and telephone number of the contact person in the event of an emergency
e. which sport(s) is/are being practised/what material is being used.
2.2 Sail Center processes the personal data referred to in subsection 2.1 for the following purposes:
a. Your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will be used for contact about the membership and any termination thereof, registration and deregistration for certifications of third bodies, use of the passer-by arrangement, for the provision of the information requested by you or the handling of the information obtained from you,
b. Your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number will be used to send invitations and information about Sail Center’s services and activities;
c. Your name and bank account number is used to handle payments of membership fees, courses, training, orders, services purchased.
d. Your name, the name and the telephone number of the contact person in case of an emergency are used to inform in an emergency situation.
2.3 Your name and telephone number will be used up to one year after the expiry of the agreement to ask you about your experiences with Sail Center and to inform you about the developments of Sail Center.
Notification (opt-out):
Sail Center uses your name and email address to inform you through its email newsletter and notifications about activities, services and other interesting information about membership of Sail Center. You can unsubscribe from these mailings and notifications at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the mailings, and/or via the TeamApp Settings.
3. Storage periods
Sail Center processes and stores your personal data for the duration of your membership or use of the facilities, and for a maximum of one year after the end of this period. The personal data will then be destroyed.
4. Security measures and processors
4.1 Sail Center has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.
4.2 For the processing of personal data, Sail Center makes use of the services of third parties, known as processors. We have a processing agreement with the processor(s), or they have their own Privacy Policy. Processors that Sail Center uses are: Formdesk (agreement), and TeamApp (policy).
5. Right of scrutiny, removal and complaints enquiries
5.1 Through the Sail Center member administration you can submit a request to view, receive, modify or delete your personal data. Sail Center will process your request and, within one month of receipt, will inform you of this.
5.2 If you wish to object to the (further) processing of your personal data as referred to in Article 2, you can also contact the membership administration.
5.3 If you have any complaints about the way in which Sail Center processes your personal data or handles your requests, you can contact the Data Protection Officer.

6. Changes
This Privacy Policy is subject to change. The changes will be posted on the Website and TeamApp. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy regularly.
